有客戶反應，有時候有400電(diàn)話打不通(tōng)的(de)情況，一(yī)般是以下幾種情況：

4）400号碼欠費（将聽到欠費提示音）
5）主叫在(zài)黑(hēi)名單內(nèi)，或設置了白(bái)名單但未包括此主叫（将聽到無權撥打提示音）
6）綁定号碼設置了可(kě)接聽/不可(kě)接聽區域，
7）接聽時段設置錯誤
